How do I install AuraDial?+
Download AuraDial from Google Play. Open the app, follow the setup prompts, and set AuraDial as your default home screen when Android asks.
How do I set AuraDial as my default launcher?+
After installing, open AuraDial. Android will usually prompt you to choose a default home app. Select AuraDial and tap ‘Always.’ You can also change this in Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app.
What does the Family subscription include?+
The Family plan adds up to 2 linked family members, check-ins sent by the older person, optional location sharing with that check-in, and priority support. AuraDial does not detect or alert family about a missed check-in.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store, go to your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and cancel AuraDial Family.
Why didn’t the family member receive the invitation?+
Make sure you sent the invitation from the subscriber’s phone and that the companion device has AuraDial installed. Invitation links must be opened on the companion phone. Invitations are single-use and expire after a limited time.
Is AuraDial available on iPhone?+
Not yet. iOS does not allow third-party apps to replace the home screen. We’re building a simplified iOS companion app — join the waitlist on our home page to be notified.
Does AuraDial work without an internet connection?+
The basic launcher works offline. Family Sync, location sharing, and check-in status require an internet connection or mobile data.
Is AuraDial an emergency or monitoring service?+
No. AuraDial is not an emergency service, medical alert device, or monitoring service, and it does not replace 911 or local emergency services. Families should keep their own contact and emergency plan.
How do I update AuraDial?+
Updates are delivered through Google Play. Open the Play Store, search for AuraDial, and tap Update when one is available.
